Agreement/Terms:

Retainer/ final balance:

I (the client) agree that I am booking a LINEN AND LACE MINI session that has a set date and time slot for my specific appointment.

I agree that a $75.00 + tax non-refundable retainer is due and required to secure my mini session time slot! 

By booking a session I understand that I will owe the remainder balance of my selected package + sales tax on 8/23/2024, regardless of my attendance at the event.

I am aware that there will be no refunds for any reason, unless ATG cancels the event.

Late/no shows:

I agree that if i am more than 10 minutes late to my appointment- i will forfeit my session experience and I will still owe the session fee to ATG & co. for their time. 

I agree that a no-show = no refunds + all remainder balances are still due.

Rescheduling policy:

I agree rescheduling is permitted  up to 4 days before the event. I understand that i will only be able to reschedule my appointment to the next available appointment ATG & co. has.

i am aware that A weekend date is not guaranteed for rescheduled appointments.

I agree that my mini session balance must be paid in full to reschedule. if i opt to reschedule, my session balance will transfer to the new mini marathon date- but the value of the new event may exceed my original appointment. 

In store credit is available at ATG & Co. discretion.

I understand that i am required to tag or credit ATG & Co. in all social media posts. 

I agree to not alter, edit, or change the photos released to me from my session.
