Contract:

I (the CLIENT) acknowledge that i am purchasing a session package to this specific specific mini session marathon which has an event date selected above.

I understand that by paying the $75.00 non refundable retainer, that I am reserving a spot for a specific date, location and time slot.

I understand that the session remainder balance of $100.00 is required on the shoot date regardless of my attendance.

I understand that i must notify ATG 48 hours prior to my session time slot if i am unable to attend, in order to be eligible to reschedule. 

I understand that if i reschedule, a weekend date may not be available!

I agree that I am entering the shoot set up/ venue on my on accord and agree to follow all safety instructions given by ATG, vendors or the venue.  

I agree that ATG, the vendors, and the venue are not Liable for my own safety or well being, or my personal belongings / or minors.

I understand that I will need to dress appropriately for the LOCATION and shoot theme.

I understand that i will need to arrive early to find parking and locate the SHOOT LOCATION, to avoid arriving late. 

I understand that arriving late will impact the amount of time left to shoot. 

I acknowledge that Failure to show up to the mini session time slot reserved, will result in no refunds or transfers being provided. 

I acknowledge that I am required to tag all vendors contributing to the shoot in any way, when posting images from the shoot online.

I agree that I will not attend the shoot if I have been currently diagnosed with or showing any symptoms related to Covid19.

I acknowledge and am aware that ATG will have food items for props / eating. I agree to disclose all allergies / potential irritants to ATG before my session.  

I agree that ATG & Co. is NOT liable for any client and accompanying 3rd party's overall health or safety traveling to, from, or during the shoot.

I agree that as the client, I will participate at their own risk in any and all shooting environments keeping their own, as well as any third party's health, safety, and personal property in mind.
